Today, the official Twitter account for project OCTOPATH TRAVELER announced that the recording of the soundtrack was now over.

One thing we do know about the game is that the music is composed by one Yasunori Nishiki, who previously worked on the soundtrack for Frontier Gate (a JRPG from Konami, released back in 2011 on the PSP). We still know very little about the game, even though a playable demo is already available on the Nintendo eShop for anyone to try out. Project OCTOPATH TRAVELER is the latest game from the producers of the Bravely series (Bravely Default: Where the Fairy Flies, Bravely Second: End Layer) at Square-Enix, and it’s a brand new JRPG featuring a unique art-style called “HD-2D” by the developers (mixing CG, pixel art and… “visual wizardry”).
